Jerusalem - vision of peace- founded peaceful
to be safe (in mind, body or estate); to be completed, to be friendly; make amends, (make an) end, finish, full, give again, make good, (re-)pay (again), (make) (to) (be at) peace(-able), that is perfect, perform, (make) prosper(-ous), recompense, render, requite, make restitution, restore, reward, X surely.
Flow as water - God’s Holy City: was around the temple where sacrifices and offerings were made to the true God - Israel was offered peace with God through keeping the law by making (temporary) restitution for their sins and worshiping The Holy One Of Israel - The city where peace was able to flow from God to His people

Babylon - confusion, mixture (See hamburger)
The Bible dose contain the story of two cities - Jerusalem - God Holy City of peace through restitution for sin and worship - Babylon Satan’s city of a confusion through mixture of worldly pleasure, many gods,
How do we know it is Saran’s city - Isa 14:12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations! (Isa 14:4 begins a section against the king of Babylon)
Satan has always wanted to be as God - what was the purpose of the tower of Babel - reach to Heaven) Could it be that Satan wanted to establish a throne for himself in Heaven.

Assyria - Babylon an Unholy confederacy
2Ki 17:24 ¶ And the king of Assyria brought men from Babylon, and from Cuthah, and from Ava, and from Hamath, and from Sepharvaim, and placed them in the cities of Samaria instead of the children of Israel: and they possessed Samaria, and dwelt in the cities thereof
2Ch 33:11 ¶ Wherefore the LORD brought upon them the captains of the host of the king of Assyria, which took Manasseh among the thorns, and bound him with fetters, and carried him to Babylon.
Jer 50:17 Israel is a scattered sheep; the lions have driven him away: first the king of Assyria hath devoured him; and last this Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon hath broken his bones.
Jer 50:18 Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Behold, I will punish the king of Babylon and his land, as I have punished the king of Assyria
Isa 23:13 Behold the land of the Chaldeans; this people was not, till the Assyrian founded it for them that dwell in the wilderness: they set up the towers thereof, they raised up the palaces thereof; and he brought it to ruin.

2Ki 25:13 And the pillars of brass that were in the house of the LORD, and the bases, and the brasen sea that was in the house of the LORD, did the Chaldees break in pieces, and carried the brass of them to Babylon.
Da 1:2 And the Lord gave Jehoiakim king of Judah into his hand, with part of the vessels of the house of God: which he carried into the land of Shinar to the house of his god; and he brought the vessels into the treasure house of his god.
Isa 13:19 ¶ And Babylon, the glory of kingdoms, the beauty of the Chaldees' excellency, shall be as when God overthrew Sodom and Gomorrah.
Isa 23:13 Behold the land of the Chaldeans; this people was not, till the Assyrian founded it for them that dwell in the wilderness: they set up the towers thereof, they raised up the palaces thereof; and he brought it to ruin.
Ge 10:8-10- And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth. He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD. And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.

We must realize that what ever God want to bring to man Satan wants to bring the opposite
God desire - Lu 2:14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men
1Co 8:6 But to us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by him.
Eph 4:2-6 ¶ With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love; Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling; One Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Satan to bring confusion on Earth through
mixing other gospels (which are not the gospel Gal 1:6-7) in with the true Gospel, convincing man to worship other gods that are not God which has brought division and murder - Babylon is the headquarters of
this false gospels and division.

Isaiah 13:1 The burden of Babylon
The judgment that will come upon Babylon because of her great multitude of sins (Daniel, Revelation 14:8; 16:19; chapters 17 & 18)
The burden Babylon brought upon Israel (Daniel 1:1-2; 4:30)

When teenagers go to college which usually happens - They change the college or the college changes them
When a Christian family move from their biblically sound church to and area with only corrupt churches - Do they change the area or does the area change them?

An example of what Satan wanted to do through Babylon and our church
Daniel 1:1-6 Nebuchadnezzar brought the best of the young men to Babylon to teach them the learning and the tongue of the Chaldeans. Could have these young men, once trained, been used to corrupt other Jews and Jerusalem. (Remember the hamburger) - What did Rome do - they places corrupt Jews in charge of Jerusalem and other providences.

But God always has His portion - Da 1:6 Now among these were of the children of Judah, Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, four young men who believed and obeyed The Holy One Of Israel!

How has Lucifer weakened the nations - They denied peace through the oneness of God (did not believe God) and chose (Satan’s deception) their own gods, own religions, own gospels, own lords - and history is full of wars that were fought costing countless lives and money over whose “peace” should rule the world.
